Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Right now, I ship within the U.S. only

I’m based in beautiful North Dakota and ship all orders myself, so keeping it domestic helps me stay on top of things (and get your cozy crewneck to you faster!).

If you're outside the U.S. and really want to place an order, feel free to reach out—I’d love to chat and see if we can make something work 💌

How long does shipping take?

Since I make each crewneck myself, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships. (I pinky promise I'm working on it as quickly as I can!)

Once it's packed and on its way, shipping usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

You'll get a tracking number as soon as it's shipped so you can stalk your package like the rest of us 💌

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way 📦💨

If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder—sometimes they like to hide in there.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Since each crewneck is made in small batches and stitched with care just for you, all sales are final—which means I don’t accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
